1Trolls: Save the Humans
May 2 – September 1, 2024
TROLLS: Save the Humans by Thomas Dambo, features six young trolls who have noticed that the “small people” – which is what the trolls call humans – are disconnected from nature and have started harming the planet! The goal of the tribe is to help the humans rediscover nature and inspire them to be good stewards of earth.
2Bluegrass Under the Stars

Summer nights invite lingering and lounging under the stars at Cheekwood, where over five magical evenings, music fills the air. During the Under the Stars Concert Series, the region’s finest players, writers and singers perform in Cheekwood’s signature lush gardens.

Gather with friends and family in the stunning Beer Garden each weekend during Cheekwood Harvest.
4Cheekwood Harvest
September 14- October 27, 2024
Cheekwood Harvest is back with an explosion of more than 75,000 pumpkins in our annual Pumpkin Village, with three pumpkin houses, sweeps of more than 4,000 chrysanthemums and a nine-foot-tall P’mumkin topiary made of orange mums arranged in the shape of a giant pumpkin.
5Japanese Moon Viewing
Sunday, September 15, 2024, 4 pm – 9 pm
Otsukimi, the 10th Annual Japanese Moon Viewing festival will take place September 15 in partnership with the Consulate General of Japan and Japan American Society of Tennessee.
6Thursday Night Out

Thursday Night Out is an adventure through food, drink, art and song, every Thursday through October from 5:30 – 9 PM.
7Fall Break Friday Night Hoedown

As the sun dips below the horizon, our new evening event at Cheekwood Harvest this year will come alive. The Friday Hoedown is a lively soirée of fall fun with square dancing.

9El Dia de Los Muertos
November 2-3, 2024, 9 am – 5 pm
El Día de los Muertos, the Day of the Dead, is one of the most important celebrations in Mexico and Latin America.
10Holidays at the White House
November 22- January 5, 2024
The exhibition follows the First Ladies’ holiday themes from Jacqueline Kennedy who began the tradition in 1961 through the Obama administration when Laura Dowling served as White House Chief Floral Designer.
