Mrs. Cindy Louise Pickel passed away at her residence on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, she was 57 years old.
She was a native and lifelong resident of Rutherford County and a homemaker and a proud mom and grandma.
Cindy was preceded in death by her parents, Jerry Clark Moody and Myrtle Louise Moody; brother, Timmy Moody.
She is survived by her husband, William Garvin Pickel; sons, William Pickel Jr. and Anthony James Pickel; daughters, Charlotte Marlen Louise Pickel and Nichol Jean Pickel; daughter-in-law, Katlyn Pickel, and son-in-law Joseph Leftwich; brothers, Bobby Moody and Gary Moody; sisters, Gail Moody and Geneva Moore; and grandchildren, Kadence Louise Robinson, Jason Pickel, John Pickel, Jessie James Leftwich, and Mikayla Leftwich.
Visitation will be 11:00 AM until 1:30 PM Sunday, April 24, 2022 at Jennings and Ayers Funeral Home. A chapel service will be at 1:30 PM on Sunday, April 24, 2022 with Buddy Gaylon officiating. Burial will follow at Dyer Cemetery. Richard Allen Robinson, Brian Moore, Brian Moore Jr., Bobby Pickel, Gary Moody, Bobby Moody, and Joe Leftwich will serve as active pallbearers.
