MURFREESBORO, TN (WSMV) –
A person has died after being struck by a train in Murfreesboro Friday night.
According to a CSX spokesperson, one of their trains was traveling near the intersection of Scott Street and Dashiel Street when it hit a pedestrian on the tracks around 6 p.m.
CSX told WSMV that Murfreesboro Police are investigating, and they are cooperating fully with the investigation.
