Matthew Lewis Carroll Smith, age 59, passed away November 6, 2019 at his residence. He was born in Columbus, Indiana and a resident of Rutherford County.
Matthew was preceded in death by his parents, Wilbur Richard Carroll Smith II and Patricia Rose Broady Smith. He is survived by his son, Josh Merideth; and friend and caregiver, Samantha Cantrell.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
