Joey Dale Currey, age 43, passed away August 13, 2018. He was a lifelong resident of Rutherford County and worked as a Technician at Nissan.
Joey was preceded in death by his sister, Lori Currey Parker. He is survived by his parents, Rickey and Marsha Currey; wife, Valarie Currey; sons, Brandon Utley, Lee Currey, Rickey Currey, Cody Tyree all of Murfreesboro; and daughters, Cheyenne Currey, Mia Isom both of Murfreesboro.
Visitation with the family will be 4:00-8:00 PM, Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at Jennings and Ayers Funeral Home.
Chapel service will be 2:00 PM, Thursday, August 16, 2018 at Jennings and Ayers with Dwight Smitty officiating. Burial will follow in Coleman Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
