Jennie B. Herman, age 84, passed away on Thursday, August 11, 2022 at Ascension St Thomas West Hospital.
She was a lifelong resident of Rutherford County and a homemaker.
Jennie was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Ruth West Harris; husband, James Vaulter; son, Jimmy Ray Herman; daughter, Peggy Lois Taylor; and brothers, Ernest T. Johnson, Tiny Johnson, Ed Johnson, Bob Johnson.
She is survived by her daughter, Tammy (Edgar) Louise Davis of Smyrna; son, Roger Dale Herman, Sr. Of Pensacola, FL; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be 12:00-1:00 PM, Tuesday, August 16, 2022 followed by chapel service at 1:00 PM, at Jennings and Ayers Funeral Home with Dr. Roger Dale Herman and Dr. Edgar Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
