Mary White, age 76 of LaVergne, Tennessee passed away on Saturday, February 17, 2024, at Stonecrest Medical Center.
She was a native of Antioch, Tennessee and was a daughter of the late Julius Trousdale Coles, Jr. and Georgia Lorinne Cleghorn Coles.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.
Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Raymond White; a daughter, Shelley Houston of LaVergne and a son, Kevin White and wife Jennifer of Dallas, Georgia; grandchildren, Logan White, Stephanie Navarrete and Anna Navarrete, Ashlee White and Hailee White; and a host of other loving family and friends.
Mrs. White was a faithful member of LaVergne Community Church and was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Her love of children led her to work she truly enjoyed as a childcare provider at a local daycare.
Visitation with the White family will be Tuesday, February 20, 2024, from 11:00 am until the time of funeral services beginning at 1:00 pm at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna with Pastor Brad Ewing officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children, Attn: Office of Development, 2900 N. Rocky Point Dr., Tampa, FL 33607.
