Mark Wade Elkins, age 52, passed away at his residence December 19, 2018. He was a native of Crossville and lived most of his life in Murfreesboro. Mark worked as a welder with Triple Steel, Inc.
Mark was preceded in death by his parents, James and Sarah Rector Elkins. He is survived by his sons, David Elkins and wife Megan Novak, Logan Elkins; daughters, Ashley Tignor and husband Jason, Dawn Elkins and husband Travis Piercy; brother, Barry Elkins; sister, Rita (John) Bowen; and grandchildren, Lily and Bailey Tignor, Aydin and River Piercy, Becca and Baby Elkins.
Visitation with the family will be 4:00-7:00 PM, Friday, December 21, 2018 at Jennings and Ayers Funeral Home.
Graveside service will be 3:30 PM, Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Evergreen Cemetery. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
