Genevieve Rose Sensing, age 84, passed away October 31, 2019. She was born in Baltimore, Maryland and was a resident of Rutherford County. Genevieve was a member of Highland Heights Church of Christ, Smyrna.
Genevieve was preceded in death by her parents, Cora Boswell Cook and Edward Stominski; husband, Wylie Wilson Sensing; and daughter, Terrie Lee Threadgill. She is survived by her sons, David (LeAnn) Edward Sensing; Scott (Barbara Ann) Gregory Sensing; son-in-law, Robert Threadgill; grandchildren, Lauren (Keith) Tucker, Emily Threadgill, Hailey Sensing; and great-grandchildren, Olivia Taylor Tucker and Adela Lea Tucker.
Visitation with the family will be 12:00 PM until time of chapel service at 2:00 PM, Monday, November 4, 2019 at Jennings and Ayers Funeral Home with Mike Lamb officiating. Burial will follow in Coleman Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
