Description Of Offense : Found Property ( Drug Paraphernalia )
On 10/22/2017 at 10:58, Office A was dispatched to Goodwill at 2955 South Church Street for a found property call.
Upon arrival the officer made contact with the assistant manager and an employee. The assistant manager explained that she had been going through donations and found a glass pipe and a small bag of marijuana in a Conair box.
They said they had locked it in their safe until the officers arrived. The assistant manager was unable to determine who donated the box.
Officer A took the pipe and marijuana to the police department for evidence.
