OBITUARY: Cindy Marie Rodriguez

Cindy Marie Rodriguez, age 55, passed away on Saturday, October 13th, 2018 at 6:00pm at Saint Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, TN after a short and sudden battle with endocarditis. Cindy was born on September 24, 1963 in Killeen, TX and was a resident of Murfreesboro, TN.

In her spare time, Cindy enjoyed fishing and has a world record for a 126 lb Cobia. She loved gardening and being outside. Cindy was involved in a Private Probation Lawsuit against Providence Community Corrections(PCC) which is a private, for profit probation. This lawsuit has left a legacy which is now being taught in law schools across the country.

Cindy was preceded in death by brothers, Charles Jones and Marshall Jones and by her nephew Wesley Jones. She is survived by her children (age 30)Kevin Knight and (age 21)Heather Knight; her loving father and mother Charles Jones and Marie Jones; her brothers, Mike Jones, Gary (Lisa)Jones, and Danny(Kathleen) Jones; her nieces, Andrea Stone, Chris Jones, Kathleen Jones, Lizzie Jones, April Jones, Susan Radney, Amanda Jones, Crystal Thompson, Ranise Pender, Jamie Grace, and Connie Farmer; her nephews,James Jones, Daniel Jones, Obie Jones, Wesley Jones, John Jones, Jason Jones, Cody Jones, and Charles (Mickey) Jones; others she held dear to her heart include her close friend David and Michael Bain(Heather Knight’s fiancé).

In memory of Cindy Rodriguez her family and friends will gather to celebrate and honor her life in Bellbuckle, TN on October 27, 2018 at noon.

Romans 14:8 “If we live, we live for the Lord; and if we die, we die for the Lord. So, whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord.”
