October 23, 2023 – A crash on I-24 toward Nashville near I-840 has caused lanes to shut down.
According to the TDOT traffic map, it happened at mile marker 74 in the westbound lanes.
Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office says a dump truck and a vehicle were involved in a crash.
The dump truck’s load of dirt overturned onto the interstate.
Expect delays while the interstate is cleared.
