Octavio Medina, age 59, passed away August 1, 2019 at St Thomas West. He was a native of Mexico and a resident of Rutherford County. Octavio attended Saint Rose of Lima Catholic Church.
Octavio was preceded in death by his father, Julian Medina; and grandchild, Milagritos Medina. He is survived by his mother, Maria Lopez; wife, Trinidad Moreno; sons, Octavio Cesar Medina, Oswaldo Omar Medina; daughters, Miriam Medina, Mayra Aracely Medina; and grandchildren, Brian Garcia, Aracely Medina, Dulce Torres, Samantha Garcia, Evelyn Torres, Emma Medina, Julian Medina, Maximiliano Torres, Sebastian Cortez, and Ximena Cortez.
