Alabama Game Preview:
Ole Miss Rebels (2-1) at #1 Alabama Crimson Tide (4-0)
Line: Alabama -27.5
When: Saturday Sept. 30th, 8:00 p.m., ESPN
Site: Bryant–Denny Stadium – Tuscaloosa, AL
What to Watch For:
Ole Miss is coming off of their bye week and the Tide are coming off of a 59-0 thrashing of Vanderbilt. The way the Rebels were able to beat Alabama in years past was their hurry up offense and making plays down the stretch to fend off Bama’s comebacks. It will be difficult for Matt Luke and company to reenact that version of success because of the struggles on defense.
Look for Alabama’s offense to control the clock and give a heavy does of their three headed running attack. QB Jalen Hurts, RB Bo Scarbrough and RB Damien Harris have accounted for 890 rushing yard already and there doesn’t look to be an end in sight.
