Phillip Quentin Meeks is wanted by Smyrna Police for questioning in a stalking case.
Meeks has been investigated before for similar accusations. While his address is in Hermitage, he is known to frequent Rutherford County alot. He is described at 5’9″ and around 150. Meeks is 27 years old.
