On 05/29/17 Officer A responded to 1811 Memorial Blvd at 2230 hours. Upon the arrival the officer made contact with the Complainant.
The Complainant informed the officer that at approximately 9:45PM he received and order for a pizza, the pizza was made and placed under the heat lamp. At approximately 10:00PM, after closing hours, a 2000s model white Chrysler 300 pulled into the pick up window to pick up the pizza.
The occupants did not like how the pizza looked, knocked on the window and stated ” Would you eat this? ” and threw the pizza at the Complainant.
The Complainant then closed the window. The occupants of the vehicle then approached the window and attempted to open it. The Complainant was asked if he thought they were trying to get in and he stated, ” No, I felt like they were trying to get to me.” The suspects then drove off.
The suspects were described as a black female wearing a pink shirt and a taller, muscular black male with a beard wearing a white shirt and blue jeans. The female suspect struck the Complainant in the face.
