Description Of Offense : Felony Reckless Endangerment

On the date of 7/17/17 Officer A responded to a residence on Creek Oak Drive in reference to a shots fired call.

On the officer’s arrival contact was made with the Complainant and her husband. The Complainant advised on the above date around 1800 hours she heard two subjects arguing in the street in front of her residence.

The Complainant advised at one point she heard one of the subjects say something about a gun shortly after she then heard a gunshot. The Complainant then advised she went to where she could see outside. The Complainant advised that she observed a younger, tall, thin build male around twenty years old holding a gun while running from the area.

The Complainant also advised that she observed another male subject that appeared to be around thirty years old, muscular build, running from the area as well.

Officer A was able to locate a single spent 9mm casing in the roadway in front of the residence on Creek Oak Drive. Another officer tried to locate either the suspect or victim in this incident in the area but no contact was made.

Officer A requested that MPD dispatch notify Saint Thomas Rutherford of this incident in case a victim came to the E.R. and a detective was notified of this incident. The shell casing was collected for evidence.
