One person was injured following a crash on Tuesday afternoon.
Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office responded to the crash at Versailles Road near Rockvale just before 2pm.
Deputies say a dump truck rolled over, injuring the driver and dumping the load Tuesday near the 12000 block of Versailles Road.
The roadway closed while crews cleared the scene but has since reopened.
Everyone knows It was going to happen sooner or later. With the weather being so nice they will speed up. More deliveries more money it’s how the job works. The quarry trucks on Burnt Knob are really bad. You can hear them coming down the hill about 6:30 then screaking to make the turn at Veterans. I see the guys sling rocks all over and cross the white line while texting all the time. They know when the cops are around. I hate to see when the bicyclist and motorcyclist start up.
