Big Job Fair At Airport
(Middle Tenn.) â More than 20 employers at Nashville International Airport will participate in an Airport-Wide Career Fair from 8 a.m.-noon on Wednesday, April 27, at the Hermitage Community Center, 3720 James Kay Lane, Nashville.
At least 100 full and part-time positions will be available during this hiring event hosted by Goodwill Career Solutions.
Employers include ABM Parking Services, ABM Shuttle, American Airlines, Avis Budget Group, Chandler Campbelle and Daschle, Delaware North, DAL Global Services, Enterprise Holdings, Envoy, Goodwill, Green Beans Coffee Company, HMS Host, Hudson Group, Jarmon Transportation, Jet Blue, Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority, Nashville Nails & Salon Services by NaSahs, Service Management Systems, Southwest Airlines, Superior Shine and the Transportation Security Administration.
Openings include aircraft cleaner, barista, bartender, car detailer, cashier, cook, customer service representative, dispatcher, janitor, baggage service agent, operations ramp agent, rental sales agent, salon associate, server, shoe shiner, shuttle bus driver, valet, transportation security officer and other positions. Rates of pay reach $50,000 per year.
Representatives from these companies will be on-site and interviews are possible, so job-seekers should dress for success. Job candidates are encouraged to bring a resume, photo ID and their Social Security card or birth certificate.
