The Smyrna Water Department will temporarily reduce water pressure in the area from Old Nashville Highway to I-24 and Rocky Fork to Lee Victory Parkway in order to tie in a new water line as part of the Enon Springs Road West Extension.
Beginning at about 8:30am on Wednesday, July 24th, you may notice reduced water pressure. This reduction in water pressure could last four to six hours. If there is inclement weather, work will continue the next business day.
The Smyrna Water Department apologizes for this inconvenience and will make every effort to complete the work as quickly as possible. Smyrna Utility personnel will be in the immediate area to flush and clear the mains. If you notice discolored water after the work is done, please call the office (615) 355-5740. We will dispatch technicians to flush the line.
