Come out and participate in the rally to show support for our veterans and those who currently serve. Â The event will begin at 4:00 pm at the La Vergne/Smyrna city limit and end for the day at La Vergne City Hall.
Carry The Load is a non-profit organization helping people celebrate Memorial Day by restoring the meaning and purpose of Memorial Day. Â Carry The Load, a 2000 mile cross-county event that will travel through La Vergne on May 20th, 2016, Â wants to unite Americans in a walk to honor those who have fallenâ veterans, law enforcement, fire fighters, rescue, citizens, and volunteersâ to âcarry the loadâ for those who have and those who can no longer.
