A 76-year-old woman crashed her car into the Farm Bureau Office located on S. Church Street Wednesday morning, almost hitting a worker who was reading their morning devotional.
The workers’ chair ended up resting on the windshield after the accident. The elderly driver though the car was in park and pressed the accelerator and crashed into the building.
The emotional worker went to the hospital to be checked out and is okay.
No pending charges since the driver was on private property.
