Construction of The Residences at Clari Park has begun as part of the first phase of the 78-acre mixed-use development. This first phase will be a Class A, 300-unit multifamily community located off of Medical Center Parkway at 2600 Roby Corlew Lane. It will provide future residents with walkable access to an experiential lifestyle.

In addition to market-leading finishes, Clari Park will offer a state-of-the-art fitness center, a two-story club space, and an extraordinary outdoor amenity package. These outdoor amenities will include a grand lawn for social events and outdoor games, a performance area, seating areas, and a link to Clari Park’s linear park system. Additionally, there will be a resort-style pool with cabanas and grill stations, a Zen Garden featuring a yoga lawn, reading nooks, fire pits, and a community dog park.

“There is robust demand for housing in the suburbs of Nashville that delivers a differentiated amenity program and walkable lifestyle,” stated Kevin Jund, director at Hines, the global real estate investment, development, and property management company developing the site, in a press release. “Renters, homebuyers, and commercial users alike are all looking for the same thing – a great suburban location with a unique sense of place, and convenient walkable access to dining, shops, and entertainment. Clari Park is delivering on that, and we can think of no better place to meet that demand than in Murfreesboro”.

Hines was drawn to Murfreesboro because it is Nashville’s fastest-growing submarket, and was ranked by “ SmartAsset ” as the third fastest-growing city in the United States in 2022 due to explosive population and continued job growth. They also saw the impact of the city being located along a surging employment corridor that includes some of the largest global companies located in Middle Tennessee, including Nissan, Amazon and Asurion.

Middle Tennessee State University being the second-largest university in the state, according to “College Raptor” was another draw, as is the fact that the Rutherford County Schools system consistently ranks among the best school districts in the state of Tennessee.

Clari Park’s overall master plan will include luxury housing, as well as restaurant, retail and entertainment offerings, including venues such as Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, Main Event, P.F. Chang’s, and Drake’s, with more to come.

This new community will offer future residents a walkable suburban living experience adjacent to The Avenue Murfreesboro. This lifestyle shopping center will provide residents with access to additional shopping and dining experiences.

Moreover, Clari Park benefits from a strategic location within Murfreesboro on Medical Center Parkway, the city’s epicenter for employment and commercial activity, as well as providing access to parks and recreation.

Residents will be in close proximity to the 17-mile long Murfreesboro Greenway System, and Stones River National Battlefield, a 570-acre park with additional walking trails and paved roads that backs up to the Stones River.

The development is located less than one mile from Ascension St. Thomas Hospital.
