18 y/o Nicki Phommachieng has been reported missing by family members. She left a note stating she was leaving with her boyfriend and has not returned home.
There is no indication she left against her will, however, she has been entered as a Missing Person in NCIC under Suzanne’s Law. Anyone with information regarding Nicki should contact MPD at 615-893-1311.
