Tommy O Ealey Jr passed away peacefully at the age of 79 on July 18 2026 in Lebanon TN surrounded by his loving friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents Tommy O Ealey Senior and mother Florence Hunter Ealey.
Tommy was born on November 20 1946 in Charlotte NC. He served 19 years in the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his sister Edith Ealey and brother Clyde Ealey along with long-time friends and neighbors Misty and Jeremy Garrett and his cousin Nancy Pigg and family.
Tommy was the most loving, caring, and giving man with a wonderful sense of humor. He had a lifelong love of steam trains and was a member of the mid south steamers. He was an avid blood and plasma donor with the Red Cross. He had a love for donuts and would take them to the entire Red Cross staff. He served in Vietnam and Korea with five overseas medals. He held a Bronze star, Meritorious service medal, Vietnam service medal, Master driver badge and Armed forces expeditionary medal for Korea. He was loved and will be missed by many people.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Circle P Ranch in Mt. Juliet TN on August 2nd from 2:00 to 5:00 PM.
