Mary F. “Sally” Cox, 90, of Murfreesboro, TN, joined her Lord and Savior, December 29, 2018.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Jan. 2nd at Woodfin in Smyrna.
Funeral will be Thursday at 2:00 p.m., Jan. 3rd at Woodfin Chapel in Smyrna with Rev. Milton Hicks and Rev. Joe Clark officiating.
Graveside services will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
She was born August 19, 1928, in Bridgeport, Alabama, to Charles J. and Lettie Smith.
Sally is survived by her children, Jan, Jesse, Sally Jo and Pam;
Sisters, Martha, Lena, Judy and Pat;
brothers, Charles, Andrew, and Herschel; and sister-in-laws, Patricia Hambrick and Katherine Cox, nine grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren and other family members and friends.
Sally was preceded in death by her parents Charles J and Lettie Smith; husband Jessie; brothers, Joe John and Sox; sisters, Catherine, Edna, Becky and Jo; and grandson, Christopher Scott; great-grandchildren, Raven Star and Steven Heckler, Jr., and nephew Eddie.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to Barfield Baptist Church’s Building Fund at 1033 Barfield Church Road, Murfreesboro, TN 37128.
