The Grand Ole Opry and presenting sponsor Humana will partner with Face the Fight for the third consecutive year on Wednesday, September 9, to raise awareness about veteran suicide prevention ahead of World Suicide Prevention Day. Click for More Events
Scheduled performers include Opry members Trace Adkins and Chris Young, Army veteran Scotty Hasting, BRELAND, RaeLynn, the U.S. Army Chorus and additional guests.
Face the Fight is a national coalition founded by the Humana Foundation, USAA and Reach Resilience. The organization brings together more than 300 members working to reduce veteran suicide, address stigma and connect veterans and their families with support.
The Opry will also support “Louder Together: Music and the Movement to End Veteran Suicide,” a morning event at Ole Red featuring conversations about music, community and veteran mental health.
