
The City of La Vergne is continuing efforts to restore its digital systems following a cybersecurity incident last week. While the investigation and recovery process are still underway, several city services are reopening using temporary manual and paper-based methods.
Water billing and property tax payments can be made by check or money order through the drop box at 1500 E. Nir Shreibman Blvd. or by mail. Cash and card payments cannot be accepted, and the online payment portal remains offline. The city confirmed that no late fees will be charged and no water shutoffs will occur during the disruption.
Municipal Court hearings scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 22, have been postponed. New court dates will be mailed to affected individuals, who can also contact the court clerk at 615-287-8630 for more information.
Officials thanked residents for their patience as teams continue working to fully restore city systems.
