A female and her two animals made it safely out of her burning apartment just before midnight Friday.
The fire was reported at the Colony House Apartments on Huntington Dr. in an upstairs unit. Firefighters worked quickly to put out the fire.
The cause of the fire is being investigating by Fire Marshal Office investigators.
