Since 1985, when Toot’s opened their door’s (the same year Blue Raider Football went undefeated, coincidence?) they have been cookin’ up some of the ‘Boro’s favorite wings. With delicious flavors ranging from, Napalm, Mild Garlic, Cajun Rub and Honey BBQ to name a few, you cant go wrong. On Mondays, Toot’s offers 40 cent wings until 3pm so go in try as many flavor as you can.
