TriStar StoneCrest Names New Chief Operating Officer

Joe Gleason has assumed the role of chief operating officer for TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center.

Gleason has over 18 years of progressive HCA Healthcare experience. He most recently served as the Associate Administrator and Vice President of Business Development at Redmond Regional Medical Center in Rome, GA. During his time at Redmond Regional, Joe successfully led the implementation of several new programs, including Oncology Rehabilitation, Cardiac Rehabilitation and Tele-Neurology. In addition, he orchestrated the expansion of the hospital’s emergency department and patient and family waiting rooms.

In his new role, Gleason will be responsible for the oversight of all departments within the hospital to ensure quality objectives and operational efficiencies are met. Gleason holds a Master of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Scranton in Scranton, PA and Master of Health Administration degree from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA.
