The latest report from Tennessee REALTORS shows that the median price for a home and home closings has steadily increased from last year.
- 11,028 single-family home closings in Tennessee in July 2019, up +9.4% from 10,081 a year earlier
- Single-family home sales price in Tennessee grew +6.8% (from $220,000 to $235,000), while active listings reached 66,447 (up +30.9% from 50,727).
- Condominium sales in July were relatively flat from year to year (266 closings vs. 252); the median condo price rose +17.7% ($145,450 to $171,125); and active condo listings decreased -28% (864 to 621).
