The Tennessee Titans have just one prime time game in 2019, their usual Thursday night matchup against Jacksonville.

The Titans and Jaguars play on Sept. 19 in Jacksonville in a 7:20 p.m. Matchup.

Tennessee opens the season on the road against the Cleveland Browns on Sept. 8, and returns home for the home opener on Sept. 15 against AFC South nemesis, the Indianapolis Colts.

“I try not to get too wrapped up in what the schedule looks like from year to year,” Titans head coach Mike Vrabel said. “All schedules present challenges and this one certainly does as well. It is always exciting to see what lies ahead and start preparing for those opponents.

“I have learned through the years as a player and coach that how a schedule looks in April ends up looking very different once you have played it.”

The Titans’ next home game comes in Week 5 against the Buffalo Bills on Oct. 6. Tennessee then has two more home games in October, hosting the Los Angeles Chargers on Oct. 20 and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Oct. 27.

Tennessee has two homes games in November, sandwiched around their Nov. 17 bye. The Titans host the Kansas City Chiefs on Nov. 10 and Nov. 24 in a return match against the Jaguars.

Tennessee’s final home games come against the defending AFC South champion Houston Texans on Dec. 15, followed by a Dec. 22 game against the New Orleans Saints.

Other road games for the Titans, other than the season opener in Cleveland and the prime time game against Jacksonville, include Sept. 29 against the Atlanta Falcons, Oct. 13 at the Denver Broncos, Nov. 3 against the Carolina Panthers; Dec. 1 at Indianapolis, Dec. 8 at the Oakland Raiders and the regular-season finale at the Texans on Dec. 29.
