After a small hiatus,The Fish House has made it’s return to the ‘Boro. And lemme tell you, it’s delish! I have never experienced The Fish House before, but if you like good “soul food” this is your spot. Located at 1626 Middle Tennessee Blvd. Next to Krogers. I have eaten there a couple of few times, because, it’s a block away from the house.
The wings are decadent. I ordered breaded cajun. They were very lightly breaded and just had enough of a kick.
The sides , will make you slap yo momma they are so good! Potato Salad is like mom used to make. Hush Puppies are very light. I’ll definitely be rockin the Spicy Cabbage and White Beans my next trip
Mudder’s Peach Tea is like it was just picked off the tree. And Sunday’s Soul Food Menu has me wanting to give it a try! Fried Chicken, Seasoned Neck Bones, Country Chicken and Gravy with sides, have me droolin’ just a bit. I love old Southern Comfort Food. And as a newbie here , I have enjoyed the Whiting Fish Sandwich, and everything in between.
