The Smyrna Police Department responded to an Aggravated Assault and Theft over $2500.00 in the area of Mayfield Drive and Soccer Way on 22 August 2019.
The victim met two individuals at this location to purchase gold rings valued at $4500.00. During the course of the transaction, the victim handed the two individuals the rings and they began to drive away without paying.
The victim pulled out his cellular phone and recorded both individuals.
