Monday’s softball schedule involving Rutherford County teams was rained out.
However, a number of teams played over the Easter weekend on Saturday.
Oakland played four games in the Ravenwood Raptors Classic. In those games, the Oakland Lady Patriots won three games, besting Davidson Academy, 11-3, edging Franklin, 6-3, and downing East Robertson, 1-0. The Lady Patriots lost, 5-4, to Hoover, Ala., and are now 15-7 on the year.
Smyrna played in a tournament in Ardmore, Ala., splitting with four Alabama teams.
The Lady Bulldogs topped West Limestone, 4-3, and defeated Madison County, 3-0. However, Smyrna fell to Clements, Ala., 5-4, and lost to Sparkman, Ala., 2-1.
Siegel was shut out by Hardin Valley, 4-0, and Eagleville lost to East Robertson, 4-1.
