The Central Magnet Lady Tigers wasted no time in taking care of LaVergne, posting an 11-0 non-disrict win over the Lady Wolverines on Monday.
With the win, Central pushes its record to 16-12, while LaVergne fell to 4-21 for the year.
In other action involving Rutherford County teams, Stewarts Creek stunned Smyrna with a 14-5 upset Monday. The Lady Red Hawks are 14-13, while Smyrna fell to 25-11 this year.
