It’s only August, but entry forms for the 2019 Smyrna Christmas Parade are now available! Continuing with tradition, the parade will take place on the first Sunday in December. Make plans to be a part of Smyrna’s 45th Annual Christmas Parade on December 1st at 2:00pm.
Folks of all ages will gather along Lowry Street in anticipation of the arrival of floats, bands, classic cars, riding clubs, dancers and, of course, Santa Claus as they glide down Lowry Street toward Sam Ridley Parkway. This year’s theme is “A Tennessee Christmas”.
If you would like to enter your organization in this year’s parade, click here for the entry form.
Entry deadline is Wednesday, November 27th.
Cash prizes will be awarded to 4 entries:
Mayor’s Cup – $150
Most Creative – $100
Best Use of Theme – $100
Best Christmas Spirit – $100
Remember to bring donations for the Nourish Food Bank. The Town of Smyrna will have a float in the parade that will collect the donations as it proceeds along the parade route!
