Sign-ups are underway for the next R.A.D. (Rape Aggression Defense).
Basic Physical Defense For Women Only! The class teaches realistic self-defense tactics and techniques to give women options in the case of an attack.
It is designed strictly for women and topics include awareness, prevention, risk reduction, avoidance, and hands-on self-defense.
The class is designed to equip women with the knowledge and skills to resist violence. The classes are free of charge.
