Siegel running back Lelan Wilhoite had 13 carries for 111 yards and four touchdowns, leading the Stars to a 42-3 rout of Stewart’s Creek on Friday.
Siegel led 36-0 at the half. Wilhoite had all his scores before the break.
Stewart’s Creek had a pair of costly first-half fumbles which were recovered by Siegel’s Freddie Owens and John Gordon.
It was Wilhoite’s first game after transferring from Nashville Christian this summer. Wilhoite, a senior who’s considered an FBS college prospect, ran for over 1,000 yards last season.
