Siegel quarterback Brenda Crowell added 142 passing yards and two scores, completing 7-of-12 throws.
Trailing 35-29, Wilhoite had fourth-quarter scoring runs of 2 and 24 yards, with Connor Ott’s extra points helping account for the eight-point final margin.
Wilhoite scored on a 2-yard run, then a two-point conversion from Tucker Sears to Brandon Ricks put the Stars ahead a point at the end of the first quarter.
A long fumble return by Ethan Vanhook set up a Brendan Crowell-to-Swope touchdown pass of 5 yards, a Freddie Owens 2-point conversion giving the Stars a 16-14 first-half advantage.
Later in the half, Crowell found wide receiver Caleb Bull for a 70-yard touchdown pass with 34 seconds left in the first half. The 2-point conversion failed, and the Siegel lead was 22-21 at half.
