The driver allegedly used his car to damage the wooden gate at the Bill Rice Ranch about 5:38 a.m., Wednesday, July 5 off state Route 96 West (Franklin Highway), said Detective Joseph Duncan of the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office.
“It appears he intentionally ran through the gate,” Duncan said.
The driver is believed to be a white man.
