Rutherford Weekend: 5 Things to Do This Weekend

WHAT: To celebrate National Fossil Day and the Tennessee STEAM festival, Earth Experience Natural History museum is hosting Dino Days Friday October 12 and Saturday October 13. Activities run Friday from 2pm until 9pm and Saturday from 11am until 4pm.

The museum will be a host sight for the Boro Art Crawl October 12 from 6-9pm. We are a regular stop on the Boro Art Crawl and this will be an extra special one since it is also part of the STEAM festival. The A in STEAM stands for Art.

Students from MTSU Department of Geosciences will have a fossil dig set up for kids. And Geoscience faculty will be on hand to identify your rocks and fossils.
