Community Workout

Community Workout Camp GladiatorWHAT: Hosted by Camp Gladiator, the Community Workout is for everyone. Come start your weekend off on the right foot with a 60 minute workout. You’ll get a chance to meet some of the Smyrna/Antioch/Murfreesboro CG trainers, get a great workout, meet some friends, and learn more about their progressive 4-week cycle. ALL are welcome!

Event happens every week at the Smyrna Golf Course, across from Lee Victory Park. Look for the red CG flag. When inclement weather hits (temps below 40ish, rain, etc.), they will be at Carpe Artista, 101 Front Street in Smyrna.

Bring water and a mat (if you have one, they will have extras). They will have multiple personal trainers to help you through a boot-camp style workout. Bring your family and friends, all fitness levels, free to the community! Never been to a CG workout? Watch this video for what to expect. For more info or to ask questions, check them out here.
