MTSU Athletics will bring the sixth annual Blue Raider Blitz to Smyrna and Murfreesboro on Thursday, July 30. The tour will first stop in Smyrna from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., where the first 100 fans will receive a complimentary lunch. Later that evening, the Blitz will wrap up at Cedar Glade Brews in Murfreesboro from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. with live music from Los Swamp, trivia, a local food truck and drinks available for purchase.
Solar Printing

Learn how sunlight can be used to create art during this hands-on Solar Printing program at the Wilderness Station. Participants will use special light-sensitive paper and objects found in nature to create unique artwork while learning about the sun’s UV light. The program is recommended for ages 5 and older, and pre-registration is required.

Enjoy a free outdoor movie night with family and friends at the Smyrna Outdoor Adventure Center. Yard games and food vendors, including The Hot Dog Guy and Mr. Kool’s Kool Treats, will begin at 7:30 p.m., with the movie starting at dark. Guests are encouraged to bring something to sit on and dress for the outdoors.
