Riverdale and MTSU are hosting a mental health event this Thursday, which is open to all RCS families. The event will be held at Central Magnet 6pm – 7:30pm.
The session will discuss one of the most issues kids deal with today – anxiety. Information will be presented in order to assist parents in identifying both “every day” anxiety as well as anxiety that may need professional assistance. Participants will be provided with strategies and suggestions that are useful in helping kids successfully cope with issues and situations that can increase anxiety.
