Rising country artist and banjo picker Lockwood Barr is returning for the second year to perform at the Williamson County Fair on Thursday, August 10.
Lockwood, whose banjo playing was recently featured on the NASH FM morning show “Ty, Kelly and Chuck” during the popular “10 Minute Tune” segment, will take the Nissan Bluegrass Stage with her band at 6:30 p.m.

From the moment she steps into the spotlight and begins picking her banjo – her dad’s 1972 Gibson Mastertone to be exact – it’s undeniable that being on stage is where Lockwood Barr feels most at home. This California native songwriter and Vanderbilt graduate is currently gearing up for a string of appearances at songwriter festivals all over the country this Fall.
