Description Of Offense : Reckless Endangerment With A Deadly Weapon (x4)
On 6/16/17 at 2314 hours, Officer A responded to the to shots fired in the area of Castleview Court. Upon arrival, the officer spoke to the complainant who stated that a male subject ( referred to here as Suspect A ) and an unknown female subject parked in the middle of the cul de sac.
The complainant advised Suspect A exited his vehicle and began to point a firearm with an attached laser in her direction. The complainant was in her front yard with two other women, also present was the complainant’s two year old child.
The complainant advised she spoke to Suspect A and told him to put the firearm away due to children and others being present. The two then were in a verbal altercation. The complainant began walking to her residence when Suspect A stated ” I’m going to air this [ EXPLETIVE ] out. ”
Suspect A then fired two rounds and one additional round after getting back into his vehicle. Suspect A was not on scene when officers arrived.
One .380 auto shell casing and one .380 auto bullet was recovered at the scene. Also warrants were obtained for Suspect A for Reckless Endangerment with a deadly weapon (x4).
