Description Of Offense : Reckless Endangerment
On May 25, 2017 at 1929 hours Officer A was dispatched to an address on February Street in reference to shots fired. The complainant stated that a dark charcoal colored two door car ( possibly an Infiniti ) stopped near the park at February Street and Smith Street.
A black male exited the vehicle and fired four to five shots at a group of twenty or more children in the park. The children fled towards the apartment buildings location on West Main Street.
The black male reentered the vehicle and fled towards Bridge Avenue.
Three .32 caliber ACP rounds were located in the roadway of February Street.
A canvas of the area was conducted and no property damage nor victim was located. The rounds were recovered and turned in to evidence.
