Description Of Offense : Fraud
On 1/31/2018 at approximately 1200 hours contact was made with the complainant ( referred to here as Man A ) in reference to a fraud.
Man A stated on or around 1/23/2018 he met a female subject “Stacey” on the app “Meet Me” and began messaging her. She advised him during the messages that she was nineteen years of age. They then exchanged phone numbers and continued to contact through text.
During one of the messages, “Stacey” sent an unsolicited nude photo of herself. On 1/27/2018 Man A received a call from Stacey’s number [ NUMBER OMITTED ] but it was a male subject claiming to be her father. The male stated that Stacey was 15 and that if Will did not send him $2300.00 he would have him prosecuted. Man A did send the subject two $200.00 Visa gift cards through text on the day of this incident but has not sent anymore. The last contact with the subject was 1/30/2018.
